Booking Information
  • Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. The accomodation is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
  • The tariff is inclusive of electricity and gas.
  • Linen is not supplied, customers are required to bring bed linen and towels (duvets & pillows are supplied).
  • A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance to be paid six weeks prior to arrival.
  • Please make cheques payable to Phoebe's Lets Ltd.
  • Keys can be collected from the shop (Phoebe's) during opening hours (in winter 10am to 4pm), or by prior arrangement.
NB: Access is by a narrow staircase and great care must be taken at all times.
